Two Models of High Power Powder Soft-magnetic Materials And Reactor Have Been Firstly and Successfully Developed By Our Company

Our company has became famous since we firstly and successfully developed the product “high-power powder and soft-magnetic materials” in cooperates with the Central South University. It opens a new prospect that China and other countries from Asia stop importing this kind of products from Germany.
 
The first day in July this year was the day which CCP established for 90 years, meanwhile, D120mm and D150mm soft-magnetic pot core have been successfully invented by our company, then the two kinds of active filter reactors whose operate current was 120A and 180A.The sample of this two products were checked compare with products by SMP Co. from Germany, as a result, the inductance, the resistance and the quality factor were similar. Furthermore, we also did time-frequency comparison test in high power and full load, the warming and noise indices were similar too. It’s the symbol that we supply an internal gap again in the field of high power powder and soft-magnetic materials.
 
Now the first five samples (three 120A samples and two 180A samples) are sending to Changsha to have a tryout in an energy enterprise. Our reactors will enter the market after they install active filter reactor system add the load to test our products across-the-board compared with SMP products.
 
The decision-making department of our company has realized a point already: Sole and magnetic material product is unable called “product”, and also unable to enter the customer-terminal, what is worse, it could not meet demand for the multiplex market. Therefore the company decided: we must extend the industrial chain link on the basis of magnetic material research and development——to develop our reactor (or inductor) product and build a well-known brand, then make it adapting the country’s urgently needed for green energy's fast development and the transforms of electrical network as soon as possible. We believe that the attempt of our company today is taking an important step for our strategic development.
 
Along with our superiority appearance that the magnetic material technology goes better and the astonishing research and development speed is faster, the domestic and foreign giants in electric power source field are surprised and pay attention to us, it makes us can’t stop our actions in researching. Therefore, the research and development of our series magnetic material products and the expansion of synchronized industrial production will rewrite our model and path in development. 
 
At present, the decision-making department aims at the next goal——escalator inductor, the locomotive inversion reactor and export magnetic material products like filter reactor. We must depend on the solid high-tech characteristic to enable the company to have new product to be published unceasingly, then complete the significant transformation in market management and the structure adjustment of products, and play brand effect “high-power powder and soft-magnetic materials” in 2-3 years, making our company strong and professional and finding a new road to develop in the field of powder metallurgy industry for our city.
